Two ways to keep more.
Personal Deals.
Up to three personal real estate transactions per year — properties where you are a principal buyer or seller — at a flat $150 per transaction instead of the standard split. Available to all four agent paths.
Revenue Sharing.
Sponsor producing agents to Grey Square. When they close, you earn 5% / 4% / 3% of company dollar across three tiers. Tier 2 unlocks at one producing Tier-1 agent; Tier 3 at five.
