Richardson borders Dallas to the north along US 75, home to the University of Texas at Dallas and the Telecom Corridor. The housing is mostly single-story ranch and mid-century homes from the 1950s through the 1970s on mature, tree-lined streets, with newer townhomes near the CityLine development.
