Is Toll Brothers still building in DFW, and what does a new Toll home cost in 2026? Yes, and the answer depends on the community. I checked Toll's own Dallas-Fort Worth page on October 30, 2026, and it lists 20 communities. Seventeen of them have homes selling at $500,000 or more, with starting prices running from the upper $500,000s in Celina to $1,824,000 in Hurst. Two more are marked coming soon and one shows no price, so I left those out of the table.

All prices below are Toll's advertised starting prices as of October 30, 2026. They change often and the builder sets them, so treat them as a snapshot and confirm on Toll's site before you plan around a number.

Where Toll Is Selling Right Now

Toll sorts its DFW communities by collection, so many communities show more than one starting price. I list the lowest price that clears $500,000. "Quick move-ins" are the finished or nearly finished homes Toll lists in that community today.

Source: Toll Brothers Dallas-Fort Worth communities, checked October 30, 2026. Toll's page labels Dixon Estates and Creek Meadows West "final opportunity," and I am simply reporting that label. Creekbend in Celina (anticipated from the upper $500,000s) and Toll Brothers at Horizon Lakes in McLendon-Chisholm (anticipated from the low $600,000s) are marked coming soon, so neither is selling yet.

The Entry Points: Under $750,000

If you are shopping at the lower end of Toll's range, four communities matter.

Wildflower Ranch in Fort Worth has a Select collection starting at $599,000, and Toll lists 16 quick move-in homes there. The Ranch at Uptown Celina has four collections, with Select from $593,995 and Executive from $729,995, plus 29 quick move-ins. Toll's lower collections in both places start below $500,000, so those are outside this post.

Toll Brothers at Landmark in Denton starts at $667,995 with 60-foot home sites, and four quick move-ins range from $724,000 to $849,000, with move-in dates of November or December 2026. The community has multiple amenity centers, a splash pad, trails and a dog park. Toll's page names Denton ISD.

Toll Brothers at Aster Park in McKinney is a gated, 414-acre community. Select homes on 60-foot sites start at $699,995 and Executive homes on 70-foot sites start at $749,995. Six quick move-ins run from $769,000 to $949,000. There is a resort-style pool and clubhouse. Toll's page names Prosper ISD for this address.

The Core of the Range: $850,000 to $1.1 Million

This is where most of Toll's DFW inventory sits. Ridge Pointe Estates and Furst Ranch start in the low $850,000s. Prestwick Grove in Frisco starts at $964,995 on lots up to 70 feet wide, with six quick move-ins from $1,180,000 to $1,424,000 and move-in dates between January and June 2027. Toll's page names Prosper ISD and puts the community about four miles from the PGA of America headquarters district.

In Prosper, Wandering Creek at Brookhollow starts at $995,995 with 10 quick move-ins, the largest quick move-in count among the Prosper communities. Star Trail starts at $1,056,995 on 76-foot home sites inside a 900-acre master plan. Its amenities include a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse, three pools, lighted tennis courts and 53 acres of parks and trails. Six quick move-ins run from $1,149,000 to $1,366,182. Toll's page names Prosper ISD.

Above $1.1 Million

Argyle, Northlake, Flower Mound, Frisco's Fields and Hurst make up the upper end, from $1,107,484 at Creek Meadows West to $1,824,000 at Adkins Park. Square footage here generally runs from the low 3,000s to nearly 6,000, and Toll lists a handful of quick move-ins in most of these communities. If you are comparing them, the practical differences are lot size, which collection you are in and which city and school district the address sits in, so check each community page for the specifics.

What I Saw When I Toured Toll in Murphy

I filmed Toll's Crescent Hill community in Murphy in October 2025, and the walk-through shows how the builder finishes a home at that price point.

Crescent Hill no longer appears on Toll's current DFW community list, so I am not treating Murphy as a place to buy from Toll today. The video is a first-hand look at the product, not a statement about current availability. If you want the older recap, it is here: Toll Brothers' final homes in Murphy.

Bring Your Own Agent Before Your First Visit

Most DFW builders register a buyer on the first visit to the sales office, and many will not add a buyer's agent afterward. I have not seen Toll's registration policy published on its community pages, so ask the sales team directly, and do it before you walk in, not after. The page on why a buyer's agent matters on new construction explains how the registration rule works and what it can cost you.

If you are looking at any of these communities, schedule a private consultation before your first visit to a Toll Brothers community. The builder's representative works for the builder, while a buyer's agent works for you.

Incentives, Taxes and the Contract

Toll's site currently advertises a 5.49% (5.76% APR) 30-year fixed rate, "limited time only on select homes," on the Dallas-Fort Worth page and on the community pages I checked, with no end date. I saw that on October 30, 2026. Incentives change, apply to specific homes and are set by the builder, so get the terms in writing for the exact home you want.

Toll's community pages for Star Trail, Aster Park, Prestwick Grove and Landmark do not state HOA dues, a MUD, a PID or a tax rate. Many North Texas master-planned communities carry one or more of these, so ask for the full tax rate and any special district assessments before you sign. My guide to MUD and PID taxes in DFW new construction covers the notices a seller must give you and how to read the numbers. For the contract itself, see how to read a builder contract in DFW.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Toll Brothers still building in the Dallas area?

Yes. As of October 30, 2026, Toll's DFW page lists 20 communities across Collin, Denton, Rockwall and Tarrant counties and the Fort Worth area, including Frisco, Prosper, McKinney, Celina, Argyle, Flower Mound and Hurst.

What is the lowest price for a Toll Brothers home in DFW?

Toll's lowest advertised starting prices are below $500,000, in Wildflower Ranch and The Ranch at Uptown Celina. For homes at $500,000 and up, the lowest starting prices I found were $593,995 in Celina and $599,000 in Fort Worth.

Can I buy a Toll Brothers home that is already built?

Many communities list quick move-in homes. Toll shows 29 in The Ranch at Uptown Celina, 16 in Wildflower Ranch and 10 in Wandering Creek at Brookhollow, for example. Those counts and prices change as homes sell.

Which school district are these communities in?

Toll's pages name Prosper ISD for Star Trail, Aster Park in McKinney and Prestwick Grove in Frisco, and Denton ISD for Landmark. Confirm the assignment for any specific address with the district.

Should I use an agent to buy new construction from Toll Brothers, and how do I choose one?

You are not required to, but it is worth thinking through. The builder's sales team represents the builder, and many builders register a buyer on the first visit, which can lock out an agent later. The right agent for new construction has walked these communities, reads builder contracts and knows the tax and design-center questions to ask. I am a licensed broker with 22 years in the business, and I tour these builders' models myself, so that is the fit Grey Square offers.

I filmed Toll's Crescent Hill model in Murphy last fall, and I have filmed other DFW builders' models too, so I know what the finishes look like in person versus on the website.
